Present the completed Live Scan Form to any service providers or local Law Enforcement agency near you in order to have your fingerprint scanned electronically. Once completed, send these requisites, together with the imposed payment of $25.00 via check or money order payable to the aforementioned department. Your requests will be processed after a few days to a few weeks after the Department of Justice receives them.
